This policy applies to information collected by Fresh Goods Limited and Shiro Wilde, who own and develop the applications Eject and First Hour, as well as the Fresh Goods web site.
We don’t request your personal information unless we actually need it. We don’t share your personal information with anyone except when required by law, or to protect our rights.
The First Hour application only requests your location for certain features (Auto Display Mode > Use Location, Today Widget > Sunrise and Sunset) – in order to calculate sunrise and sunset times for your location. You can turn off these features in the application settings. Your location data isn’t shared or transferred anywhere else by the application. Your most recent location is stored on your device, and if you back up your device data this location data will be included.
The Eject application doesn’t request or use your location.
Fresh Goods applications
We don’t collect any personal information from our applications. Apple may collect information in crash logs and other analytics via the operating system – and can forward that to us – unless you have opted-out of this in the system settings.
